If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to return.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The replaced product will be delivered within 3 days
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared for verification.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
We do not accept returns for opened or consumed items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
